Listing details (including credentials, firm name, location, services offered and bio) are self-declared by the professional; we manually cross-check the registration/license number shown against the relevant public registry before approving a listing, but registration status can change afterwards, so always verify independently before engaging any listed professional. Being listed is not a recommendation or endorsement of that professional's services, and we receive no fee, commission or other consideration for any listing. We are not liable for the advice, services or products of any listed professional, or for any material they submit or link to from the Site.

3. Your own decisions and risk

Investment in the securities market is subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the content.

If you submit comments, a Certified Professionals application, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display/use it on the Site or analyse it for any purpose, and you confirm it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law or regulation. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

The Site's content, design and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may share links and brief quotes with attribution, but you may not copy or republish substantial content without permission.
